Early access for trade companies
Plan the whole working day in one tap.
Radial turns a worker's jobs into one optimised route. It checks certifications, plans to each job's time windows, tells the worker what to bring, and offers emergencies to whoever is closest.
- Plans to arrival windows like
- 10–13 not 8 to 5
- Live location shared with the office
- Never
One day, five moments.
Radial is built around how a trade worker's day actually runs. It is planned in the morning and changes by lunch.
-
Plan
Only the jobs you're qualified for.
Every job carries its certification requirements. When the route is suggested, jobs the worker isn't certified for stay out of it, before anyone drives across town to find out.
-
Pack
Bring the right parts the first time.
Jobs list the materials they need. Before the route starts, the worker gets one checklist for the whole day. No second trip back to the warehouse for a fitting.
-
Promise
Tell customers a real time, not "sometime today".
Every job has an estimated duration and the times it can be done. Radial plans around both, so a customer can be given a three-hour window instead of waiting in from eight until five.
-
Adapt
An emergency nearby? One tap to take it.
An unassigned emergency is offered to the workers who are already close. One tap takes it onto their day, and one more re-plans the route around it. Nobody in the office has to ring round.
-
Close
The time sheet writes itself.
Worked time is recorded per job as the day happens, with a short protocol and photos from the site. The office gets the time sheet and the invoice figures without chasing anyone.
The office sees the plan. Never the position.
Management sees each worker's planned route, and it updates as jobs are added or finished. Nobody in the office ever sees where a worker is right now. Personal stops are the worker's own: the office sees that the route bends, and the worker decides whether it shows a name.
On the worker's phone: their live position, and the gym stop they added after their shift.
Built for vans, basements and bad signal.
-
Works without signal
Every change is saved on the device first and synced when the connection comes back. If two people edited the same job, Radial shows the conflict instead of quietly overwriting one of them.
-
Team-ups
Two-person job? Invite a colleague who holds the right certificates.
-
Warehouse stops
Short on stock? Add a warehouse stop and the route makes room for it.
-
Time sheets and invoices
Worked time per job and phase, turned into invoice figures when the job is done.
-
One company, one space
Each company runs in its own tenant, with its own people, jobs and customers.
-
Hosted in the EU
The service runs on a dedicated server in the Netherlands. There is no advertising, no profiling and no scoring of workers: the route plans the work, it doesn't rate the person doing it.
In the van
- Today's jobs on a map, and one tap to route them
- A checklist of what to bring before the first stop
- Emergencies offered to whoever is closest
- Photos, protocol and worked time captured on site
- Personal stops that stay personal
In the office
- Post jobs, or assign them to a specific person
- See every planned route as it changes through the day
- Certifications, warehouses and customers in one place
- Time sheets and invoice figures without the paperwork
- Arrival windows customers can actually plan around
Let's route your first week.
Radial is in early access. Tell us which trades you run and how many people are out on the road, and we'll set up a trial with your own jobs.
